Our Customer Audits provide a great starting point for better understanding your customers and prospects.  In them we’ll analyse your customer base from lots of angles including: overall counts, acquisition and retention rates, active/lapsed definitions, value distributions, purchasing habits, demographic profiles and channel preference where we have email engagement data.  Where possible we will also answer key business questions you may have.

The output will be a presentation of our findings. These are often extremely lively sessions where we bring everyone up to the same level of understanding and describe the key issues facing you as well as the opportunities you have that have not yet been fully exploited.  And as with any analysis we produce, the output will also include key recommendations for you to make improvements to your marketing.
